Quick answers

I forgot my unlock pattern

Open VaultCube and choose “Use recovery phrase”. Without the pattern or the phrase, the vault can’t be opened, by us or anyone else.

I moved to a new iPhone

Install VaultCube, choose “Restore”, and enter your recovery phrase. Your encrypted backup comes back from iCloud.

My purchase isn’t showing

Go to Settings → VaultCube Pro → Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where are my photos stored?

Encrypted, on your iPhone, and in an encrypted backup in your iCloud. Read the security model →

When you report a bug, include

  1. Your iPhone model and iOS version
  2. The VaultCube version (Settings → About)
  3. What you did, what you expected and what happened
